new guy with a problem

hi all hope your well? im a new guy whos just found a problem wile fitting new discs and pads to me 51 plate seat alhambra.i think its a tie rod at the back of the car its snapted!!! ive been feeling a snatching when pulling away but no probs wile drivng.cud this be the cause of the snatching?.all help appreciated.
