1.9tdi loss of power

Hi folks,

Having a prob with 1.9tdi 2001. Power keeps disapearing and the glow plug light starts flashing. Turning the ignition off and on again clears the fault for a short time but it comes back within a minute or two. Only seems to happen when coasting.

Any help would be welcome
