Switched Live

I've just fitted a Parrot CK3200 bluetooth kit to my wife's Golf Plus Sport.

But try as I might, I can't find an ignition switched live from anywhere in the cabin, and it looks a nightmare to try and conect to the fuse box under the bonnet, and then route through.

Most strange, all 3 cig lighter sockets are permanently live, this is the first time I've had a car with unswitched cig sockets!

Any help appreciated.

Sounds iffy to me!

I put a Nokia CK-7W into my Golf+ last week taking the switched live from the fusebox in the cabin. The lowest bank of fuses all seem to be switched (on ignition, though, not 1st key position) and lighters/sockets are in there - 20A (yellow) fuses.

If you find it, go to http://www.nexxia.co.uk/Car_Kit_Installation.htm for cool fuses with flying leads to take feeds from the fusebox without touching a screwdriver!! Or if you PM me with the rating you want I may have a spare one.
