Hi again, after a quick look in my old AutoExpress mags I found a tyre reveiw. The Vredestrein Sportrac 3 came out top and it seems reasonably priced too.
However, after a looking around I've found both the Sportrac 3 and Ultrac 3 for the same price. Not sure which one to go for.
Does anyone have any experience of any or both of these?

I'm looking to replace tyres on my A6 Avant 1.9TDi 130 (04). It's currently got 205/55/16 Michelin Pilots. Front maybe 2mm at the moment with the rear maybe 3-4mm max.
It's going to cost me around 130ish per corner to replace with the same brand. I know a couple of people who love the Pilots, but others have preference for varying brands/treads.
Any suggestions?
I drive a combination of urban and motorway, never really going in excess of 70-80mph, and I wouldn't say I drove hard either, so I don't really need anything OTT, just as long as it holds well in the wet. I'd say I'm a chilled out driver.
