Seat Toledo 150 bhp lacks power

Hi, I've just had the Air flow meter replaced as the car was losing power when I hit 80 mph. Foot to the floor and it would struggle to go above 80 mph. I've had the part replaced and although the 80 mph problem has been resolved it seems very slow at lower revs and then the turbo kicks in but there is a delay. I never remembered it to be like this, there was always plenty of power as soon as you hit the throttle.
