glow plug replacement

is this just the same as changing spark plugs? are there any precautions that need to be taken (first diesel)?

Hi Much the same,the only problem can be, they sometimes break,when removing them

Make shure you remove when the engine is hot otherwise they snap...Do not force them if they wont come off, use some penetrating fluid and try later on.

If it's the TD I would reccomend removing the injectors first as its a real pain getting a spanner on them! quicker over all.
