hi GUYs! Please help me

I'm new around because I just bought my car last week. I have a year 2000bettle 1.8T and I drove like about 500 miles without any problems but just now the engine check light was on. Took it to autozone to diagnose and all a sudden 7 problems popped up.
The codes were:
P1603-Internal COntrol module self check (failed ECM)
P1432-Secondary air injection valve open (open or short circuit condition)
p0411- Secondary air injection system fault (air injection monitor fault)
P0301- Cylinder misfire detected cylinder- 1
P0303- Cylinder misfire detected cylinder- 3
p0300- cylinder misfire detected- random cylinders

Please help me! I don't know what is wrong. I asked my guy friends and they say it should be the cold weather or a sensor problem because they say the car idling was great. And driving was ok without any problems. Have anyone experienced this before?

Can some hero out there save me? I just bought the car and I already spent $2000 servicing it.

missfire detected 99% coils on 1&3
secondary air pump fault is usually fuse this is situated under the little box on bulkhead they usually blow because of a bad earth or water ingress into secondary air pump

Hi there, I have a year 2000 Beetle 2.0 and the engine check light came on too and the car was driving perfectly. It tested as emissions faulty and it needed the oxygen sensors or lambda replacing, had this done and all is fine now.

The miss-fire could be caused by a faulty air mass meter.
