Clever people, I want a new car but can't afford one. I could though spend £1k - £1.5k on making my V6 more fun. It is on a 52 plate, in really nice condition and has 69k on the clock. I keep it serviced regularly, change the oil every 6k miles and generally cosset it. I am interested in your collective opinions, experiences etc. As a mechanically challenged individual I will have to get any and all mods fitted for me so do factor that in. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

to be honest with you £1500 is not a lot of money to play with. cause a super charger is £3000min that is the best mod that you can do. A good set of coil overs is £900 so you could do that. With a good break upgrade that is £400. That will make it stop better and corner flater. A revo chip is about £320 that gives you about 16-18 bhp.

get her cleaned by a professional - cheaper than most options, and she'll look and smell all new again ;-)

save your money and enjoy the v6 you have :-)

Hi

That does sound like an excellent idea. I'll get that done regardless of where the modding project goes.

Thanks.

Nice -I am rapidly realising this isn't an easy purchase. Too many opinions, too many products. I will secure the budget then go shopping.
