timing belt changed now car starts badly

Hi just had my passat tdi130 2001 serviced and timing belt done also had a tenisoner changed but now car will not start on first turn of the key every time only sometimes now.This car has never had this problem before no matter what the weather the car started first go:1zhelp: Also different problem a/c will only blow cold air. When temp set at highest it will give off a little heat. Fault code is 4f8 00 on a/c display

You need to re-check the timing as its seem s that is way out ! Also, check the high pressure sensor if the plug is connected ! The high pressure sensor is behind the bumper on driver side.
