2000 Audi TT Heated Seats Not Working

I am getting about 4 volts on the drivers seat, but no heat. Passenger seat is working fine.

Any ideas for repair are appreciated.

I had a similar problem with my passenger seat. As it was under warranty garage fixed it and said there was a broken wie under the seat that needed re-soldering. Hope that helps
