Octavia to scout or not to scout?

I'm thinking of getting an Octavia estate but i'm undecided on the octavia estate scout or just a normal octavia 4x4 as i don't really know how far the refinement goes on the scout??? Is there even much between the Octavia and the Quattro Audis and 4Motions VW's???
