19" deep dish alloys for bora. How to fit?

Hi

This is my first post, i am about to buy 19" deep dish alloys for my bora. I want the bora very low, i was wondering can anyone help me out on how to lower the car. (The best way, springs etc?). I want the car to be sitting over the alloys so you can just about c the tyre.

Any other ideas :D

I co-own a Bora V5 which has been lowered, only about 35 / 40mm sitting on 18's

The sump is ridiculously low to the ground and is constantly scraping / scratching it's way along the tarmac.

I lost the belly pan on the motoway bringing it home!!! not exactly a rough road!

I also have a pd100 with no suspension mods on 18's (pictured).
