VW Diagnostic Tool

I want to get a tool that allow me to plug in to the ECU and read fault codes and reset the service interval on the car. I need to it to switch between long service and nornal service. Does anyone know what sort of kit i could buy. I have seen the following on e-bay, Item number: 300285531700. Would this be any good?:confused:

That looks like it would do what you want, although it may not be obvious how to do those things, but if you follow the instructions on teh Ross-Tech site for VAGCOM, and interpret them for this box, you should be fine.
