golf tdi 2001. diesel glow lamp flashes all time when started, scanned and showing engine coolant temp sensor open circuit and brake pedal sensor not a plausable signal.
garage replaced coolant sensor and brake pedal switch.
Ive had these before and brake switch has sorted, have to go and recheck tomorrow, any ideas guys cheers !!!

Well there will still be a code on the ECU and my guess is that the brake light switch broke whilst fitting it. The technique for fitting the new ones has changed, if you press the pedal down whilst fitting it and release the pedal, it breaks the new switch. You just push the switch in and twist it clockwise to the stop.

yeah kinda of thought sumthing might have went wrong as ive fitted a few of these no probs, but i know for sure the garage i went to havent come across this prob yet and havent fitted any
