Reoccuring fault code-please help

:1zhelp: Hi, all. I have an Audi A8 2004 3.0 TDI and I seem to have a recoccuring fault code that seems to reappear after a few days once cleared. I cut and paste the relevant section from VAG report below:

I am concerned as this is showing priority 1 which suggests it is serious, however the car does not seem to have any problems driving - at least none that are obvious. coudl someone please help me to resolve and how i go about diagnosing the porblem?
