If you bought it brand new then get it back to the supplying dealer and reject it if your unhappy about it.

Have you tried a 2nd/3rd dealer for another opinion on whats wrong with it?

Is is using oil? how much have you had to top it up? Howmany miles have you covered in it?

If it was 2nd hand then it might just need a good thrash up the motorway to blow out the crap that may have accumulated while it was sat idle.
