A friend's Golf 1.4 BCA engine code 2003 model VIN WVWZZZ1JZ3B****** one owner from new.
Now on its 5th 'Cat', they seem to be breaking up in the casing and rattling. His dealer is changing them without problem. Volkswagen seem to know of the problem but as yet have no resolution to it.
Does anyone out there know any more about this problem?
