rear wheel bearing torque setting

hi out there hope some one can help me i have 1.6 polo 4 door saloon on a 98 plate and i need to change the rear wheel bearings on both sides. first of all can anyone give me the torque settings for the rear wheel bearing nut and secondly i have changed bearings before but not for about 10 years,, is there asite i can go to to get information on changing the bearings.
