starting problem

hi all , my w reg 1.9tdi a3 has developed a cold starting problem . the glow plugs have been changed however the problem still remains . the light on the dash is only on for a nano second then goes off . any ideas on the problem would be most welcome thanks all

also can anyone tell me where the relay is for the glow plugs as i think its that that needs changing

apparently they are behind the fuse box
