Audi 100 s4

Hi ive recently bougt a 100 s4 L reg about 2 months ago love the car but recently things have started to stop working. The fuel gauge no longer works and the rear doors wont unlock. Anyone know if these are common and know how to fix, any help would be appericated thanx,

firstly check the door checks for broken wires . secondly check the fuses. then see if your getting a voltage at the sender ....
