help please with alloys

Hi i seen a set of alloys i really want and have been told they wont fit even with wheel adapters. Is this true?? well i have A4 5x112 offset 35. Ant the alloys i want either come in
5x120 offset 40 bore diameter 72.5
5x114.3 offset 40 bore diameter 75
5x114.3 offset 48 bore diameter 75
5x100 offset 48 bore diameter 75

All the offsets are fairly high so with adapters they shouldn't push out too far. Adapters should be available off the shelf for the 5x100/120 but for the 114.3 you'd need custom ones made. Use this offset calculator to give you an idea of where they'll sit compared to your standard rims.
