Hi fellow enthusiasts. This is my first post! I need some of your valuable help please? My girlfriend has a 52 reg polo 1.2 E. The interior heater fan switch only blows on full power. there is nothing on 1,2, or 3 settings. what could this be and where is the the offending part situated? Many many thanks.

Sound like the heater resistor has gone open circuit. I think it is located behind the glove box on top of the air duct that goes between the heater motor and the heater box.
Remove the glove box and you should see the connector on top of the duct. Give it a quarter turn anti clockwise and it should lift off.
