more bhp ?

hi can any body give me any advice on increacing bhp on my 110bhp 1.9tdi afn sharan ?thanks :confused: :beerchug:

One thing to remember is TDI engines are VERY strong indeed, and will take more power as stock than an equivalent petrol.

I ran a pd100 @ 150+ bhp for over a year. A 110 will cope with that too, although the 90/110 are not "as" chip'able as the PD series motors.

Process takes about an hour and the engine will be fine as DEVONUTOPIA said, they are very strong engines. I've PM'd the rest of the details. Thanks Mark

thanks for that,the thing that is bugging me is a slight vibration between 2000/3000rpm under that its smooth is it just the turbo cutting in ?or am i just paranoid :confused:

Unless you're aiming for BIG power (200bhp), you'll be fine.

Hi There,

A rempa will deffinately help, you should get about 45hp and 90nm torque. So you'll be running at over 150.
