Hello again, one more problem i'd like to look closer into,1997 1.9tdi a4 avant, its been very well serviced and the only fault has been the blower motor failing to operate, untill, i have found a slight clattering/knocking noise coming from the front end when travelling over mildly rough potholed roads- big bumps and speed humps don't seem to cause any noise, it's just the little things like raised manhole covers and small road imperfections that seem to stir up a clatter,, i'm thinking loose strutt tops but they are both torqued up to spec, is there anything else that could cause this?? 2000 miles befofe its 200k birthday!!
