coolant level warning coming on

Hello all

My coolant level warning sensor keeps coming on. When I stop to check the level the level is fine (although I do leak a bit of coolant).

I have had the header tank and level sensor changed.

Is there anything else (sensor, sender unit) that I should be looking at?
