the intermitant wash/wipe has gone kaput on my scirocco. the relay no is321955531a. now i got another one from a scrappie but it is slightly smaller and the no is 191955531 but the pins are the same. is it ok to put this in the car? i'm half afraid the fusebox will go on fire.:confused: where art thou crasher?

321 955 531 A is superseded to 191 955 531.

Yes, if you went to VW and order a new one you would get 191 955 531. If you found a 357 955 531 or a 3B0 955 531(control group number 99) you would have variable intermittent wipers that are variable from 1 to about 45 seconds.
