Eyup .I lost a key for my A3 recently( and got "propper" done off of wifey ) and baught a replacmenet from e,Bay.The frequency of the old key is 434mhz but the e,bay replacment is 433.(Despite being advertised as 434)Will it still re,code or will i have to get a MHz specific replacment ?Thanks in advance, Sean.
434MHz is the same carrier frequency as 433.92MHz.
If the remote is the correct part for your chassis, it should work.

Thanks for that.
But the frequency on the origonal key under the blade says 434mhz and the replacment says 433.
Is this signifficant ?
There's also diferant letter in the code above it.
Origonal is 8PO 837 220
Replacment is 8EO 837 220
Thanks again in advance, Sean
