Hi all,
I have bought a Bailey D30 dump valve to replace the one fitted already which is a BAiley V26.

I was told it was a better dump valve for my engine and it would get rid of the "whoosh".

When I bought it I was told that the DV26 is an addition to the original and that in effect I am running 2 dump valves, is that right.

Now that I have come to fit it, I have found that I am a bit lost. The V30 is a direct replacement for the original Bosch one. However I assume that the D26 is not and therefore is in a different place. Can I just replace the DV26 with the DV30 and run a piece of pipe round.

Also if the original dump valve is still there I cant find it..........so where is it or where should it be?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Davy
