Oil level increasing - Jetta 1.9 TDi

I have a Jetta 1.9TDi with 13,000 miles, bought recently. I had starting problems 1st thing, but this was sorted by the VW garage - the tandem pump was replaced. I have just had the car serviced, and have noticed that the oil level has increased well beyond the maximum - it was ok after servicing. I need to call the VW garage, but has anyone else experienced this?

Hi This is usualy a fault with the tandem pump
