View Full Version : A2 FSI - power delivery

Does anyone have a suggestion that would improve the power delivery on my A2 FSI?

Between 2000 rpm and 2800 rpm feels very choppy? (not the best description I know!). It's feels as if there are 'holes' in the power delivery - not very linear relative to throttle position.

Above this engine speed, the car is quite nippy, and feels fine!

Even low rpm, light throttle feels fine!

Has anyone come across this?

You really need to get the fault codes read!

Ahhh - but my dealer tells me that there is no fault code registered! and as far as they are concerned, the car drives 'like any other A2 FSI' - so not much help to me really.

If it was an Audi dealer, well, not allways got the brightest lamps on the Xmas tree. Try and find an independent VAG specialist, or a Bosch independent!

What neck of the woods are you?

I'm based in the North East of England - so any recommendations in the Teeside area would be welcomed!

Sorry, can't help you. I had a shufty in my bookmarks, but drew a blank!

Is there a section in the forum for asking about dealers??
