how will i know if i have bose

as the title says.

i got my a3 a couple of months back and was told it had bose.

ive since changed the audi headunit for an alpine.

it has the sub in the boot which was replaced as it was cutting out the sub and rear speakers.

as you've taken out the sub then you have no bose.
Are there bose stickers on the speakers.

no the sub was replaced with another one.

ive not checked the speakers as yet.

can it be set up if plugged in to a VAG ? as this new sub doesnt seem to be as loud as the one before

if you have say concert radio, when you switch it on it says 'bose'

The speakers on the drivers door have an metal line with 'bose-sound systems' written on it
