Hi all,
I guess this is both my introduction to this forum and an opening question.
Well im new here as you can see. I've been a part of other forums for a while but i decided I needed some help from individuals who were familiar with VW's in particular.
Ok, my sister owns an MKV jetta (you can guess what I drive) and she is having some strange electrical issues. She tried to start it this morning but it wouldnt turn over. I immediately thought dead battery, but she said that the outside temp. light was flashing and that after 5-6 tries the car finally turned over and started. It was only 39 degreees out, so im thinking some sensor got tripped. This is my best guess, so I simply told her to call the dealer or someone who knows cars a little better. However, this is still bugging me, and I dont want her to get stuck with this problem again, especially when its getting colder.
So, does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be?
