Audi A3 Cambelt chang

I ahve just carried out a cambelt change on my A3 2.0 TDI. After the change the car does not start. You can hear it turning but the engine just does not fire up. PLease any advise would be helpful

What tools did you use? can you explain how you set the timimg up?.Did you remove the fuel filter?
