My Car Whistles! HELP.

Hey everyone, my mk3 VR6 makes a whistling/squeak sound while im driving it and it doesn't seem to be at any particular moment!:confused: Does it while picking up speed and while sat at a steady speed of bout 60mph. Has any1 else had this before? Or any ideas wat it could be?

Perhaps a daft question: have you checked all your windows are wound up properly? If I knock the handle on the back door when I'm getting the baby in or out of her car seat and the window comes down a cm that causes a whistle.

When you had it painted did you replace the random little rubber seals at the front of the doors and halfway along the bottom of the doors?

right i checked if the windows r down n thats not it. And no i didnt replace rubber seals. why?

There's a couple of 3" long rubbers that sit at the front and bottom of the door and that might be where the wind's getting in.
