Lost power - been in garage today

Hi guys took my car to garage to replace two bottom arms, sv boot, and get EGR valve cleaned up.
EGR valve was so dirty i could not belive it, but after cleaning it looks like my car lost bit power. Is it normal?
Its coming litlle bit back, but not as before.
Anyway very pleased with work done, cost me £180 for all

2002 1.9 TDI sport 130bhp.

Mechanic forgot to conect one of air pipes :boggled:
Car is fine now.
