a4 avant airbag

Hi

I have a a4 avant on a R plate and i am trying to find out how i switch off the passanger airbag. I have been told there is a switch in glove box bot cannot find it anywhere!!!

any ideas??

Only the facelifted modells have the switch in the glove box. To do yours, you will need to go to a garage with a diagnostic equippment(snap-on, vag-com, etc.)....Hope this helps.

Not all cars have the switch. My old car - R plate avant didn't have it but new one has -52 plate. You could'nt miss it if it was there.
