hi am new here does anyone know how to set the engintiming on a audi80 1.9tdi 1994 just had head skimmed due to over heat tks:beerchug::1zhelp:

Set the crank to zero on the flywheel and lock the cam and injection pump with the correct locking tools. According to VAG the head should not be “reworked” as they put it but we all do it.
