How do i remove the front bumper b5 A4

I need to fit a new wing but have to remove bumper to fit does anyone have the know how?

I remember removing the front bumper on my old A4 1.8T to fit a new alternator belt. You have to undo a couple of fixings inside the front wheel arch liners, and the main fixings at the front are accessed by removing the small plastic grilles either side of the bumper at the front. Once the fixings are undone, it should just slide off the bumper bars.
