Hi All - I have just bought a 1997 Alhambra from auction and am hoping to sort out a few of the niggling problems that it has.
The first is that the front fans work when first turned on but then die after a few seconds. On leaving for a minute or two the same behaviour then can be observed. Saw another post that suggested that a similar problem might have been related to a faulty variable resistor. Does anyone know whether this resistor is accessible without needing to remove parts of the dashboard. E.g is it just behind the fan control panel?
And even better what the part number of the resistor is and best place to source?
Or if anyone has any other ideas about the reason fro the problem it would be greatly appreciated.
