I would be grateful for any help. I have a 2001 3 door polo open air, old style. On Saturday I was messing around with the inside central locking on the driver's door, opening and closing it several times. It was all fine, it was ok for the rest of the day too. But on Monday when I went to open the driver's door the central locking wasn't working. The passanger side isn't working either. The control on the inside driver's door doesn't work now either. I can hear the noise as though it's working. I've checked the fuses and they're ok, I've also taken the driver's handle off and with a screwdriver opened and closed the door but the central locking doesn't work. The paddle looks ok too. I can't remove the screw holding the passenger door handle on.
I would be grateful for any advise. I'm not sure what to look at next. I did have both door trims off a month or so ago as I fitted new indoor handles.
