8th Newbie Today!!!

first post here so be nice :o


I pick my A4 Avant up Friday morning, 65k on the clock with 1/2 leather, cruise, multi-function wheel and 18" 5 arm alloys. Not too many toys but I wanted the engine, quattro and leather, most everything else can be retro-fitted :D

Already planning DIS, NAV, ambient light pack (front,rear and boot), reversing sensors (not sure if I should go for the after market ones!!), arm rest, heated seats, privacy glass, think that will do to start with.


OOH forgot...............................




REMAP, as i belive it is 'only' the 204bhp version ;)

Not sure what is going on with my Sig but it is supposed to say

'A4 Avant S-Line 3.0TDi Quattro' tried re-saving it but it still does not appear? (SP) too late and too much veno :beerchug:

Hello and welcome. That's a real nice looking avant. Are you planning to do all the listed upgrades yourself?

will do all except the Nav which I'm not sure I would have the patients for and end up with the car in bits on a Monday morning then driving it around til the following weekend :o

I dont see a problem with the other mods, just need VAG-COM.

Been out today and bought some red LEDs from Maplin to do the ambient lighting in the front and rear, may get some white ones for the footwells and under the seats that will come on with the doors open.
