Audi A6 1.9tdi 130bhp multitronic 03 performance chipping

Hi

I have been considering a remap or chip for my car. As anyone else already done this with this model and have you seen a improvement. Some say you should not do it on a multitronic as it can cause problems but it may be a cop out as he has never done one before. Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.;)

Rule of thumb, play it safe and you should not have major problems. Tiptronics gearboxes are not renowned for beeing able to cope with exagerated torque ...as its not the Bhp that break things...I suggest you sell your mottor and get a manual car, because an upprated clutch will not slip whith the torque and Bhp asociated with a remap ! Hope this helps !
