How to lower Rear coilover on Golf

Hello everyone, after lowering my golf. the gent at the garage left the back high, so if i have people in the back it wont rub.... but as i rarely take people in the back i want it to be as low as the front.

But i cant work out how to lower the back, can anyone explain?
