not without a lot of work, you'd probably need to change the entire hub assembly to allow the calipers to mount correctly.
The S6's run the HP2 calipers if I remember correctly and they're not that well rated relative to other upgrades.

What model's your car and what brakes are currently fitted?

Thinking about it, the S6 is the 4.2 and they have different calipers again. Don't think they'd fit without a LOT of work.

An easier upgrade is to go for the TT caliper carriers, the ATE calipers from a later car coupled with the 312mm A8 discs. All factory parts and easy as pie to fit.
Next stage up is porsche boxster calipers on the same discs using custom brackets or 911 calipers on the S4's 321mm disc.

A TT conversion would come in at under £300 and is quite an improvement :)

hi, thanks for info.

i did buy some tt calipers but sold them on as they were too big for my hubs.

so the caliper carriers and the actual calipers, will i be sourcing them from the SAME car or TWO different cars?

cheers

The carriers are from an audi tt 225 or any car with 312mm front brakes (golf anniversary etc)
the calipers are from a 1999-on passat or any car with 282mm front discs, they are ATE calipers whereas the 280mm ones are Lucas.

Here's the full write-up (the author has your exact problem!!)
