Loosing coolant

2005 GT TDi Golf done 76000 miles, loosing coolant, goes from full to warning light in 300 miles. VW dealer has had it on pressure test 3 times and block test once says there is nothing wrong.
No obvious head gasket issue, over heating or water in the oil.
Any ideas

Rad is leaking. Had mine repaired about 2 months ago. If you can get the engine tray off and get underneath, look through the fans and you'll see pink crusts on the rad.

PS. Good luck getting the rad out. It's a MOFO of a job.

Might be the EGR Valve Cooler had this go on mine dealers had the car in 4 times before they found hope this helps
