Door Trim/ panel removal A4 avant

Hello does anyone have any pictures to guide me through taking off the inner door panels on a 1997 audi a4 avant as my drivers door wont open from inside. ( the hook has probably come off the handle)

Also my central locking is only working on the drivers side doors and boot. the passenger side doors buttons wont go down even if pushed. However the three doors that do work can be locked from the passengers side door!
Can anyone help me?

Ive had the panels off and fixed the drivers door handle now. Any advice on the central locking is welcome.

How did you take the interior door panel off, as I need to do mine to replace the wing mirror as someone decided to take offence to it and kick it off.
