DIY Air con regas

Is it difficult to do this yourself? An ex-colleague of mine has done it with a kit from Halfords (I'm guessing it was http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_20 1507_langId_-1_categoryId_35126) and said it worked fine, has anyone else had any experience of this?

No , but if you do let us know how you get on.

Halfords will do a re-gas for a reasonable price I believe.

Mine does need doing but with the glowplugs and oil also needing doing it's down my list at the minute.

I think mine is OK. As the summer is as good as over (if it ever started) I will wait and see next year.

Mine isn't too bad but I think it could do with a top up. I might have a word with my local place and see how much they charge when I can be bothered to book it in.
