a4 b7 avant tow bar

Has anyone fitted a tow bar to their avant? Does the bumper need cutting etc? cheers

Hi there, I've fitted a westfalia removable towbar to my 2007 S-Line TDI Avant. It does require a small bumper cut, but the cut is on the underside of the bumber so not visible unless you actually look under the car. It is a really neat looking towbar.

If u are looking for a towbar, I'm about to pull mine off as I am trading the car in - it's approx 8 months old. PM me if interested!!

Hi there, tried replying to the PM but forum wouldn't allow me because i have posted less than 5 messages in total!!:zx11: Should have thought of just replying to the thread rather than to the PM, but I'm new to the forum!!

It is a westfalia detachable bar, 8 months old and looking for about £100 for it, retail is £190. I am in Cardiff. Thanks aled.
