Golk Mk 5 DSG Gear box problems

i have a 55 plate golf GTI fitted with a DSG gearbox. The car if driven at a stop start pace seems to jump when going from 2nd to 1st it lurches forwards and then when pulling off jumps into 1st gear and makes a noisr as if jumping into 1st when the gear engages.

Has any one else had this problem or know what the problem is ?

Take the car to your nearest Dealer as New Software and Basic Settings can be done to solve/improve this
