Hi there. I'm new.
I've had my 2.0 TDI 170 S-line A3 for nearly a year now and I'm looking for any feedback and advice from people that have had remaps done on this engine.
Currently looking at the Revo or Bluefin remap. The thing that concerns me with the Revo is the high claimed power figures - 214bhp & 325 lb/ft torque will it fry the clutch?
I'm after better driveablity rather than all out power although I am obviously looking for a performance increase! I did very quick search of this site and saw someone mentioning an MTM remap so that is a possibilty aswell.
Revo have a dealer close to me. Bluefin aren't but they send the control module so its a DIY job anyway. Not sure where MTM are at.
